1. Who we are
This website and its services are provided by VCFY I.T. Solutions (“VCFY”, “we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship owned by Melvic Monje and registered with the Department of Trade and Industry under Business Name Registration No. 7924801, with BIR TIN 500-152-686-00000. By using vcfyit.com, sending an inquiry, paying an invoice, or buying a course or training, you agree to these terms. If you buy for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it.
2. What these terms cover
- Website plans (Launch, Grow and Scale) and custom projects.
- Add-ons such as e-commerce, logo design, extra pages, SEO setup, booking systems and integrations.
- Domain and business email (Google Workspace) setup and management.
- AI training sessions and the self-paced “AI in Your Business” course.
- The Done-for-you Business Kit plan.
The self-serve VCFY Business Kit (Free and Pro plans at kit.vcfyit.com) is covered by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Scope and quotations
Before paid work starts, we send a written scope or quotation that lists the plan, deliverables, price, timeline and anything excluded. That written scope forms part of this agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, the written scope applies. Work that is not in the scope is quoted separately before we do it.
4. Prices, billing and payment
- Prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). US dollar amounts on the site are approximate conversions shown for reference.
- The first month’s plan fee, and any starting or setup fee in your scope, is due before work begins.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance each month for the rest of the minimum term and after it, until you cancel.
- One-time services are billed as stated in the scope, either in full upfront or by milestone.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, GCash, Maya and QR Ph. Online payments are processed by PayMongo.
- We issue a BIR-registered invoice or receipt for every payment.
- VCFY is not VAT-registered, so our prices do not include VAT. Our invoices are not valid for claiming input tax.
- If a payment is more than 15 days late, we may pause work and support after notifying you. If it is more than 30 days late, we may suspend the website or email we host for you until the balance is paid. We will always warn you in writing before suspending anything.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of an existing plan.
5. Minimum term and cancellation
- Every website plan and the Done-for-you plan has a 6-month minimum term, starting on the date of your first payment.
- After the minimum term, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice by email.
- If you cancel before the minimum term ends, the fees for the remaining months of the minimum term are still due, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, images, logins and feedback on time. Delays on your side move the timeline.
- Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos or other material you give us.
- Make sure the information on your website is accurate and lawful, including prices, claims and permits.
- Keep any logins we give you private, and tell us right away if you think one has been compromised.
7. Revisions and update requests
Each plan includes the design revision rounds and monthly update requests listed on our pricing page or in your scope. Unused requests do not carry over. Extra requests, urgent requests and new features are billed at the add-on rates on the pricing page or as quoted.
8. Domains, email and third-party services
- Your domain is registered in your name or your business’s name. You own it.
- Some services rely on third parties, such as Google Workspace, Hostinger, domain registries and payment gateways. Their own terms also apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
- If a third party raises its price for a service included in your plan, we will tell you before passing on the change.
9. Ownership
- You keep ownership of your domain and all content and materials you give us.
- One-time deliverables, such as a logo or brand kit, become yours once they are fully paid.
- On a monthly plan, the website is built and managed as part of your plan. The themes, plugins, code, tools and hosting setup we use remain ours or our licensors’. If you leave, we will hand over your content and files and help you move your domain and email. Moving the full website build to another host can be quoted separately.
- We may show completed work in our portfolio. Tell us in writing if you would rather we did not.
10. Courses and training
- Course access is for the person who bought it. Do not share your login or resell or republish course materials.
- Training sessions are scheduled by agreement. Rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
- Course and training materials are for education. Results depend on how you apply them.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use our services or any website we build or host for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful, including spam, scams, malware, content you have no rights to, or anything that breaks Philippine law. We may refuse or stop work that would do this.
12. Our responsibilities and liability
- We will do the work with reasonable skill and care, and fix defects in our own work at no extra charge.
- We cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
- We keep daily backups as described in your plan, but we cannot guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines or other laws that cannot be waived.
13. Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or end a service if you seriously break these terms, for example through unpaid invoices or unlawful use. Unless the law or an urgent security issue prevents it, we will tell you in writing first and give you a chance to fix it.
14. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For active clients, we will email you about significant changes at least 30 days before they apply to your plan.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If something goes wrong, please follow our Dispute Resolution Policy.
